Birmingham Farmers Market Chef Clash competition
presented by Primi Piatti Market!
Sunday, June 24th from 10 am – 12 pm
Market open regular hours 9 am – 2 pm
Birmingham’s top chefs compete live at the
Birmingham Farmers Market!
Chefs are challenged with two dishes, one savory and one sweet. Local judges will score the dishes the chefs create during the market’s Chef Clash. Chefs must complete these dishes with the use of mystery ingredients from the market’s vendors. There will also be samples for shoppers to taste from each chef’s restaurant.
Chef Chris Gadulka from Toast Restaurant has received the title as Master Chef Champion for the past two years. Chef Adam Kraska from Vinotecca and Chef Devon Follbaum from Fleming’s Steakhouse will compete against Toast this season in attempts to take the title. Come watch this display of friendly competition on Sunday, June 24th at the Birmingham Farmers Market.
